My mom and dad were both raised in Orange County, and so when we were down there for Disneyland, we took a day and my mom showed me all around her old stomping ground. We went to Balboa Island where she showed me her old lay out spot and I bought a fabulous red bathing suit at a little shop there on the Island. She was raised in Villa Park, so we checked out the Newport Beach LDS temple and stopped off at Fashion Island. We ate a yummy chicken dinner at Knott's Berry Farm (where my dad worked when he was teenager!) complete with boysenberry pie which was so good. Thanks for showing us around, Mom and Dad, it's was a gorgeous day and we had so much fun!!p.s. sorry about my eyes being closed in the top picture, but it was too cute of the kids and my mom and adam to not include it!
