On Saturday--the rainiest Saturday of all time--we baked.

We baked delicious sugar cookies.

Recipe courtesy of a lady at church named Heather who makes really good sugar cookies. And powdered sugar frosting courtesy of the internet.

We had a jolly good time.

And we've had a jolly good time eating them ever since. We considered taking them to our friends, but decided to snarf them all by ourselves. Because sugar cookies are much too good to give away. And besides, they're Adam's favorite.

Did you eat the T and A from Santa? Or is baby Jesus hispanic this year? :)

Yeah, I was a little confused about San Jesus! They look yummy though!

By the way . . . would you wanna get together sometime while I'm home for Christmas. I'll probably stay for about a week after. I'd love to just come over and hang out a bit, play with the kids, etc. Email me at emilymonroy@gmail.com
