1. watching the hugest pumpkin ever be weighed and judged amidst an excited crowd of farmers. KSBY was reporting live, so we had fun spotting Dave Hovde, the weather guy. Our friends had entered some of their homegrown pumpkins! The kids were so excited to see Nicolai's certificate next to his pumpkin!
2. walking around, trying out almonds and granola from the street vendors. I debated on buying a cute black shirt at Fiore, and of course popped into Gap, much to the exasperation of the children. They've decided they don't like shopping, whatever am I going to do :)?
3. going to Firestone's for some yummy dinner. The women's volleyball, women's basketball, and men's basketball teams were cruising around. They are so tall and athletic and awesome.
4. watching the Cal Poly band perform a Lady Gaga song, while the cheerleaders danced.
There's Nicolai's pumpkin!
Anna climbing on Troy's pumpkin.

Ready to walk around and eat dinner.
Eating outside on the patio at Firestone's. It was chilly!

Wow those are some big pumpkins! I love farmers market! Looks like fun!
That looks like a whole bunch of fun. When we come down to visit, we need to remember to do Farmer's Market in SLO, cause I have a feeling, there is nothing quite like it.
