Our Thanksgiving:

Adam's parents and brother Chris and his family came from Utah to have Thanksgiving with us this year. We also had my parents, my sister Kristen and her family, and my brother James. We had a table full of family love and gratitude for all that Heavenly Father has blessed us with. We are truly ever so lucky to live in this great nation, with such freedom and prosperity. I hope that we can remain a righteous people, and always keep a prayer of thankfulness in our hearts each and every day.
Preparations: Adam cooking in the kitchen.
What made our stuffing so good? I'm pretty sure it was the six cubes of butter. We were definitely not thinking low calorie :).
Jamie doing what he loved: playing games on Grandpa Newell's Droid.
We managed to fit two eight-person tables end to end in my kitchen and then we all sat at the big long table together. It was delightful!

Except the girls, who had their own tables full of giggling:
After dinner, we headed to the beach to walk off our dinner (ha!) and make room for pie. It is a Lyman tradition and a rather nice one, I'd say.
