Interview: James Indentified

I interviewed James this morning while we lounged in bed, sharing what we had dreamt about and deciding when we were going to jump up and have breakfast. So as of 8:30 this morning at 4 1/2 years old, I present to you:

James

Livy: Oh hello, James. How are you this morning?

James: I am good. (big smile)

Livy: James, tell me, what is your favorite color?

James: (promptly) Brown and black!

Livy: And what is your favorite thing to eat?

James: Umm... apples.... and macaroni and cheese.

Livy: James, do you have a favorite scripture story?

James: (confused look) Well, ummm....

Livy: You know, like Daniel in the Lion's Den?

James: Oh! David and Goliath. Yes, I like the slingshot part.

Livy: What is it that you like to do the most?

James: Play.

Livy: And what do you like to play?

James: I like to play to learn.

Livy: Hmmm...very interesting indeed.
