Yesterday we carved our pumpkins, last night we watched Charlie Brown and The Great Pumpkin while taste testing the candy, today we shopped for gold glitter to be used as pixie dust, and tonight the children and I went to the party at church. Adam has been working an insane amount of hours and so I have been learning what it would be like to be a single mom. My hat is off to all those who are flying it solo. You have my profound respect. We are doing okay though, the kids and I just get along and try not to get too stressed. We have been having fun putting together their costumes. They are going as Peter Pan and Tinkerbell and they've helped me shop, sew, pin, and tuck to get their costumes ready. They looked super cute tonight and are such good kids.
the children hanging out at the party: eating chili and hot dogs.Sometimes, the only way to get Annabelle to smile for camera is to tickle her. James is doing just that in these pictures.

Now for the real thing tomorrow night! Happy Halloween!!

Cute little kiddos! Jamie's Halloween costume turned out so good Liv! You did a great job making that. And Annabelle looks like the sweetest Tinkerbell! Glad they had fun!
