She's Off to Primary:

{Annabelle on her last Sunday of Nursery 12-26-2010}

At the beginning of the new year, Annabelle graduated from Nursery and went into Sunbeams. Nursery is for the little ones at church (ages 18mos-3yrs) and she was ready and super excited to go into Primary and Sunbeam class like a big girl.

Every Sunday, James takes her hand and walks her to Primary, where he sits two rows behind her in the CTR 5 class (for 5-6 yr olds). She turns and waves at him, gets chosen to come up front, and sits next to her friends. I will have to surreptitiously take a picture of them all sitting there sometime. They are too cute!

Speaking of too cute, James and Anna in the car with us tonight bringing Despicable Me back to the Redbox. James holding his Skip dog that Grandma gave him when Annabelle was born, in his Batman t-shirt and fuzzy slippers. Annabelle holding her pink blankie, wearing Jamie's blue slippers that he gave her after he outgrew them. She loves them for that fact alone. Not a care in the world, happy as can be.
James announced that Skip is his favorite stuffed animal and Anna giggled at everything James said. They are so cute and such a joy to be around every single day of my life. I'm not going to lie and say there aren't frustrating moments in motherhood, but really, I wouldn't have it any other way.
