On Veteran's Day, we went to my sister's for the parade in San Jose.
It was raining this year, but that did not deter us from going.
It is a pretty great parade.
I would say our favorite parts are:
The representation of Revolutionary, Civil, & First World War soldiers and nurses.
The Russian World War II veteran's marching down the road, smiling and waving hello. They are amazing!
The veteran's from South Korea who carry a banner which reads:
"We never forget what America did for us."
I am proud to be an American!
