Annabelle Sue was baptized on February 22.
I have been remiss in blogging about this because life is crazy, but I did want to document this special occasion!
We had such an outpouring of love from many family & friends who came, and ended the evening with a dinner of sandwiches, salads, & treats.
Anna was baptized & confirmed by her father. Adam asked all the men who came to help in confirming Anna because each & every one of them are so dear to us, but when they all stood up & went to the front, they barely fit around her to place their hands upon her head. She was overwhelmed by this large group of men surrounding her. But as Adam confirmed the gift of Holy Ghost upon her, such a feeling of peace came over me. I felt gratitude & love for every one of those righteous men who were encircling Anna with priesthood strength. Her grandfathers, uncles, and friends who've known me since I was a little girl, were there. It was a special moment for me as a mother & one I won't ever forget.

I am so grateful for family who traveled such a long way to be there & for all their help. My sister completely made Anna's board of pictures & did the music, grandmothers helped in the kitchen preparing food & spoke at the baptism, my sister-in-law Melissa set up & decorated the food tables while I ran to pick up last minute things, my brother conducted the baptism, & my sister-in-law Taylor led the songs. It was a stormy evening, and suddenly poured down rain right as we were arriving for the baptism. We were all soaked! But everything went perfectly & never have I been more grateful for such wonderful women, darling cousins, and good men in my family.
