Easter...

The Easter Bunny brought James & Anna a trampoline this year! Santa was thinking about bringing it, but we were in Utah for Christmas & he knew that wasn't going to work. Good thing he & the Easter Bunny are friends & he could pass the word along.... They woke up Easter morning, found it outside, along with dozens of eggs hidden all over to hunt for. We dressed up for church & later had yummy ham dinner with my parents. And with all this, we didn't get one single picture!
Awesome.
Good thing I snapped these while dyeing eggs the night before...
Isn't the whisk an ingenious idea? I saw this in a life hacks-type article, just pop the egg inside the whisk, and voila! No having to balance it on a shaky spoon!
And face-timing with cousins while dinner cooked:
Easter really is such a special season. We were able to attend The Stations of the Cross performed by the 8th grade class at the Catholic school. It was unbelievably touching, and once again I was awe struck at the love Jesus has for each of us.

I keep thinking of the words to this hymn...
"I think of His hands pierced & bleeding to pay the debt. Such mercy, such love, and devotion, how can I forget? No, no, I will praise & adore at the mercy seat, until at the glorified throne I kneel at His feet. Oh, it is wonderful that He should care for me enough to die for me. Oh, it is wonderful, wonderful to me."
